First Year Fellow

Kourtney is a first year California Climate Action Corps fellow at Food ED. When she was in the third grade, she played the role of Gardener 3 in the class play "The Garden Show" so she is delighted to see her career path come full circle. She has a love for the planet, our native ecosystems and climate sustainability and wants to share these passions with others. As both a former formal and informal educator, she is excited to bring the garden and composting to schools and communities and learn more herself during this fellowship.
