Second Year Fellow

Jackie is a second year California Climate Action Corps fellow at Food ED. She has a passion to provide educational opportunities and support for those who may have questions about sustainability and native plants & insects. Having graduated from Cal Poly Pomona last year with her degree in Liberal Studies, she loves to teach the students at MUSD about gardening, native plants, native insects, and more. At events, you can often find her with insects, whether it is holding one of our compost critters to share the importance of decomposers, or behind a microscope showing the anatomy of local pollinators. Outside of work, she loves to read, play video games, go camping, and craft.
